I wanted to share my successful journey. I came in highly motivated after getting engaged to my love. I didn’t have a lot of excess weight, but there were always those stubborn 4–6 pounds (2–3 kg) that wouldn’t come off.
I came in with many doubts because I’d already been living a healthy lifestyle for a long time—no sugar, no dairy, no white flour—so I thought, “What’s the big change?” It turns out I was wrong because the results were incredible! After just two months, I dropped from 27% body fat to 18%, and my measurements decreased significantly.

A Few Numbers –
I said goodbye to 60 pounds (27 kg), dropping my body fat percentage from 40% to 23%. As part of the process, I completed the program twice.
Despite struggling with a thyroid issue, today I’m completely balanced, healthier, feel great, and confident. My skin glows and isn’t dry; I feel much younger and more energetic. The online program has changed my life, and I apply what I’ve learned every day.

Until I found this program, every “diet” I started failed within a day or two, and the pounds just kept piling up. I started the program and said goodbye to 10 pounds (4.5 kg). I stuck to the guidelines, and my weight continued to drop. As the pounds came off, the compliments started pouring in, and I finally felt that this lifestyle and diet truly gave me results I couldn’t get anywhere else.
After losing 33 pounds (15 kg), I did blood tests. My cholesterol vanished along with some other worrying markers like blood sugar. My BMI moved into the normal range, and I started changing clothes sizes every few months.
